Added registration flow using PayPal

<date>9 Feb 2020, 11:00 am</date>

After no updates on WickedDocs for a while, it is time to update the progress. More features
have been added, and the registration process is almost complete.

The payment process is using PayPal for handling payments. PayPal have a sandbox version of
everything which means that no real money needs to be used while getting everything working.
They even have simulated paypal accounts with simulated bank accounts and credit cards in this
 sandbox environment.

Some new features in WickedDocs include multiple columns. Added examples and tests
 to demonstrate the features.

Thanks to bootstrap, the website is coming along nicely.

Found a neat site here to generate the terms of use http://www.bennadel.com/coldfusion/privacy-policy-generator.htm#primary-navigation

I'm finding this bootstrap page a very useful resource: http://getbootstrap.com/components

Found themes for bootstrap here https://bootswatch.com/. I'm quite fond of the slate theme.
