libharu - plain close to what is in github repo

libharu-with-PRs - because libharu is now unmaintained, there are pull-requests that haven't been merged

              - this includes some of those, including:
                    - fixes to make PDF annotations and controls like check-boxes work
                    - unicode support to be able to render other langauges better - still seems like needs work
