Add support for doing type checks on pointers and also a lovely little hack of doing the typeof the input type + 0 to get around being able to compare a value against a static c-style array.

expression, which means we don't need to support function overloading,
and means failing expressions print properly in gcc

On newer versions of MSVC, the compiler warns at `/Wall` if it will

This breaks testing, and is uninteresting for our purposes.

Fixtures allow us to use a struct in combination with UTEST_F_SETUP and UTEST_F_TEARDOWN. This means we can instantiate a struct across multiple fixtures and use shared state between them all. The struct's fixture state is re-initialized for every testcase.

Clang format everything.

Add ASSERT_STREQ, ASSERT_STRNE, EXPECT_STREQ and EXPECT_STRNE.

Fixup windows build.
