InvertedLogic specializes in the creation of embedded Linux based products. Our core competence is working with embedded Linux systems using the Qt toolkit. We also have experience with creating web based applications and working with Windows and Mac OS X based systems.

<h2>Who we are</h2>
<p>
People are our most valuable asset. We always put people first and we put an
emphasis on our hiring processes to ensure we only hire great talent. Our 
recruitment processes are tough, we test all candidates ability to program and
think analytically and carefully review how they will fit in to our team before we hire. Our current staff and founders are software industry veterans.

<h2>How we do it</h2>
<p>
We use Agile methodologies because we believe we can always find ways to do things
better. There is no dictated company policy that specifies that we have always 
done something a particular way that we must always do it that way. Instead we believe that we can continuously
improve and adapt ourselves and our processes to best fit with who we are and what we are
doing and that these things and our environment may change.
<p>
Indeed, we accept change as a natural agent and opportunity
rather than as something that needs to be managed or to fight against. By accepting change we hope to be able to more quickly adapt to changes in the market than our competition.
<p>
We use version management software, not revision control/restriction systems. The tools we use are to aid our developers, not to place restricts on their creativity and work.

We use and contribute to
Open Source software because we believe in the empowerment of being in control of the
software we use and build upon and have the ability to fix bugs in these dependancies.

We encourage innovation, sharing, learning and fun. We believe that people perform their
best when they are enjoying what they are doing. We believe that people can be more
productive and better empowered when they have the knowledge and information they need to
do their jobs. We believe that sharing is a way to achieve these two things, it helps to
have more fun and more learning.
